When To Show Gratitude | Mammograms As A Workplace Benefit | Ellen Kullman Takes Reins Of 3D Printing Unicorn

Happy Thanksgiving, ForbesWomen readers! Today (and every day, really), I'm grateful to all of you who read our articles and weekly updates. And while I won't actually know how many of you are reading this edition until I check our stats dash, I'm taking the advice mentioned in this article and expressing gratitude before I know that this note is a hit.

"A growing body of research says we should not postpone gratitude. We can learn to jump-start gratefulness even when we are not in the mood," writes ForbesWomen contributor Naz Beheshti. "By making a deliberate effort to express thanks, in good times and in bad times, we build resilience and a positive mindset capable of weathering adversity. We turn gratitude into a habit, not just a convenience."

Cheers to that! And, wishing you full hearts and stomachs,
Maggie

P.S.: As fun as this season is, it can also be overloaded with events and obligations. So in addition to reminding you all to take care of yourselves, I wanted to also share my favorite advice from the site this week, which focuses on the three questions you should ask before going to yet another networking event.
